Why is Solo Dual priced higher than competitors?+
Because nothing else in the market does what it does. Solo Dual replaces two tools with one, plus a licensing engine that simply doesn't exist in wedding software. The ROI math works out at the first relicensed campaign.
Can I switch from Solo to Solo Dual later?+
Yes. We pro-rate. Your client memory and project history come with you — that's the whole point. The second mode unlocks instantly.
What does migration look like?+
We import from Pixieset, Honeybook, VSCO Workspace, BlinkBid, and fotoBiz at V1. Closed beta users get white-glove migration support.
When does pricing turn on?+
At public launch — currently targeted ~14–20 months from now. Beta users stay free through that window.
Do you offer Stripe Connect?+
Not at V1. We use Stripe Checkout in V1 (cards, digital wallets, BNPL, ACH). Stripe Connect lands in V2.
